We write. We share. We grow.
I challenge women to explore their LORE –
the folklore and messaging that has shaped their lives.
LORE is a noun.
It means the generational passing down of knowledge by story, myth or legend. It is a nod to my grandmother; an amazing woman who raised ten kids while rocking magenta lipstick and a bite. During our final conversations she told me not to worry about the big things, “You worry about the little things. You love each other every day.”
ABOUT THE BLOG
Lore and Little Things is a safe space to share big conversations. It enables women to take off their shine and share the stories that enable change, and sometimes catharsis, in their very telling.
ABOUT THE BOOK
I challenge women to explore their LORE, the folklore and messaging that has shaped their lives.
Exercises enable women to dig into what they have been programmed to believe through early experiences, including messages that may be holding them back.
We “do the work” together, including guiding readers through love letters to their younger and future selves, visualizations, and writing exercises to evolve self messaging – and ideally more purposeful messaging for our daughters.
We’re creating big conversations to enable heartfelt transformation. The ultimate outcome is to inspire growth, and maybe even catharsis, that has life-changing potential.
