Speaker. Author. Advocate. Mom.

After 23 years in finance, Jeanette Schneider hung up her executive title and retired from a highly successful career to advocate for women in life, love, the boardroom and the marketplace. She is now the President and CEO of LIV Media, as well as an author and speaker. Jeanette is also the founder of Lore Advocacy, a network of professional women whose goal is to inspire women to change the world through a gender lens of equality, self actualization and the fearless shattering of glass ceilings.

Jeanette has brought her empowering lectures and workshops to The Influencer Academy, The Women’s Leadership Conference at MGM, The Alturas Institute, KaiaFIT, Bank of America, Mount Saint Mary’s University, Girls for Progress and more.

She serves on the boards of The Alturas Institute, Spread the Word Nevada, and the President’s Advisory Council for The Smith Center for the Performing Arts.

In 2015, she was inducted into the Hall of Fame of the Women’s Chamber of Commerce in Nevada, and was selected as a Vegas, Inc. “Woman to Watch”
in 2016.

Jeanette’s first book LORE: Harnessing Your Past to Create Your Future was released September 2018 by Balboa Press, an imprint of Hay House.

Jeanette lives in Las Vegas with the love of her life, her daughter Olivia, 7.

“Jeanette was a fantastic speaker. Asking a group of women to open themselves up to past experiences is a heavy (and slightly scary) journey. With that said, she’s an excellent guide. With the small and approachable steps she guided us through, we all found ourselves in a place of security, comfort and acceptance, to experience our truth and past.. And how those things affect us today. I am anxiously awaiting her book and looking forward to future workshops with this amazing woman!”

Jeanette is an accomplished speaker, panelist and workshop facilitator with audiences ranging from 12 to 65. She enjoys working with women and girls, and hopes to one day stand in front of a room full of dads to talk daughters. Her most recent speeches and workshops have been:

“The CEO of YOU: Taking Charge of Your Destiny”

“Love, Me: Love Letters to your Past and Future Self”

”Girls for Progress: Working on My Self(ie)”

“Is it True? Challenging the Stories We Tell Our Children”

Jeanette is able to design content on any of the following topics,
be it a keynote or an interactive workshop:

Purposeful Self Talk; Purposeful Girl Talk, Social Influence and Girls, Love Letters To Your Younger Self, Raising Strong and Empowered Girls, Messaging and It’s Role in Your Self Esteem; Growing Up in the Shadow of Addiction (Adult Children of Alcoholics).

I challenge women to explore their LORE, the folklore and messaging that has shaped their lives.

Exercises enable women to dig into what they have been programmed to believe through early experiences, including messages that may be holding them back.

We “do the work” together, including guiding readers through love letters to their younger and future selves, visualizations, and writing exercises to evolve self messaging – and ideally more purposeful messaging for our daughters.

We’re creating big conversations to enable heartfelt transformation. The ultimate outcome is to inspire growth, and maybe even catharsis, that has life-changing potential.
